I am transformed just as you said I would be. My fear has been replaced with confidence. I break into peals of real laughter, which I haven't experienced for years. I have a warm peaceful feeling that replaces the anxiety I was so used to and my heart has opened up to myself and others. I have a lot of memories of my childhood coming back in flashes. I have no memory because of abuse and hardship, but it is all flooding back now and I am happy about it. I am not afraid to think of the abuse and hardship any more. Thank you so much.
